iDesign Keyboard & Mouse not Working

The cordless keyboard and mouse have a push button on the bottom labelled connect. Press this button then press the connect button on the receiver box: This will set the frequency of the keyboard and the mouse to the same as the receiver box. If you still get intermittent problems then try relocating the receiver box away from any electrical equipment, this should solve the problem.

No Sound From Speakers

This machine has two sets of speaker outputs, one that is part of the mainboard and one that is a separate add on card. Check the back of the machine to ensure you have the speakers plugged into the correct set of outputs.

If you are unsure then try plugging the speakers into the other speaker output. You will get sound out of the add on card.
