Corel Print House

The HP DJ400 will not print in colour from this package using the driver supplied with the printer. Use the 320 driver instead (make sure it's set up for colour). Corel reckon that this is because the supplied driver is 16 bit (however it works with Corel Draw....).

Paper Jam Message

If you get a paper jam error message on the Deskjet 400 printer, try putting the paper in when the printer is switched on, rather than when it is switched off.

All Three Lights Flashing

If you get this problem, try taking out the ink cartridge, and putting it back in again, then switching the printer off and on.

HP DJ400 and Compaq PC

When you set one of these up the Compaq Printer port must be set to ECP port, not standard (Normally in BIOS).
