Self Test - Turn printer off. Hold down LOAD / EJECT and press POWER.

Cleaning - Turn printer on and Press PAUSE. Hold down ALT and press PAUSE again. When complete press PAUSE to continue.

How do I remove connector CN6 from the motherboard?

To get connector CN6 out on one of these mother boards aparently you will have to push it down.

How do I reset the printer?

Make sure the printer is switched off, and no paper is loaded into the printer. Hold down ALT+PAUSE while turning the printer on, releasing the buttons when the power light comes on. Hold down the LOAD/EJECT button for approx 10 seconds, release it when the economy light flashes. Press and release the PAUSE button.

This will reset the defaults and the printer will power up like normal. Put some paper in at this point or you will get the paper out light flashing at you.
