Epson LQ-860/1060
The Epson LQ-860 and LQ-1060 were launched in May 1989 as additions to the 24 pin range. They were very similar to the LQ-850/1050 printers with the addition of colour and superdraft. The printers have two sets of DIP (Dual In-line Package) switches located under the printer lid to the right of the control panel. These switches control certain printer functions and default settings, the details of which are listed below.
