Epson FX-80/100
The Epson FX-80/100 9 pin dot matrix printers were launched to replace the RX and MX series printers offering faster print speeds, more escape codes, facilities and options. They were superseded in October 1985 by the FX-80+/100+ respectively. Each printer has two sets of DIP (Dual In-line Package) switches located under a corrugated plastic cover on the top right of the printer. These switches control certain printer functions and
default settings, the details of which are listed below.
