Known Issues
430w Prints Slow in Windows 98
After upgrading to Windows 98, the printing is very slow. The solution is to re-install the drivers supplied with the printer.
What memory can be added to the LBP-430 series?
Both LBP-430 and LBP-430w can have either a 1 meg or a 4 meg simm added. Simm should be a 72 pin NON parity. There are some reports that some Hitachi simms are not reliable in the LBP-430 printer.
The LBP-430 comes with 1 meg so maximum memory is 5 Meg.
The LBP-430w comes with 512 k so maximum memory is 4.5 Meg.

MEMORY OVERFLOW
