Switch off machine, remove lithium CMOS battery and leave for 30mins. Replace battery and restart machine.

Can you upgrade to an alternative VLB Video card?

Yes. Simply unplug the on-board video card (it lies horizontally and just unclips and lifts off), and plug the new card into the VLB slot. No jumpers to reset, system automatically accesses the card.
