Drivers
Your netbook should have a backup copy of all the drivers, you can find it by browsing to the c:\applications\drivers folder.
I'm fairly certain that the 4489 is a rebadged MSI Wind U90 (it should have this printed on the underside of the netbook). If this is correct then you can also get the drivers, along with the user manual, from the MSI Europe website.

Creating a Backup Copy of the Recovery Software
As this model doesn't have an optical drive then you have the option to create a backup to either an SD card or a USB memory stick (pen drive) with a capacity of at least 2GB. Note that the backup procedure will format the device so any data already on it will be lost.
- To Start the Recovery Backup either:
- Double-click the TechGuys Recovery Backup icon on your desktop or
- Click Start > All Programs > The TechGuys > TechGuys Recovery Backup
- You will be asked to close any open programs. Click OK to restart the PC.
- After your computer has restarted it will automatically load the recovery program and display the TechGuys Recovery Backup Wizard.
- Insert your media into the PC (either USB memory stick or SD card). The wizard will only detect media that has a capacity of 2GB or greater.
- Wait a few seconds and click Start.
- The wizard will detect any removable media with a minimum capacity of 2GB. You can choose the media you want to use from the pull-down menu and click Next.
- A confirmation window will appear. Click Create to begin. All files and folders on the media will be deleted.
- The wizard will now format your USB drive or SD card, then begin creating your recovery backup. This can take up to 10 minutes depending on the speed of the media used.
- When the recovery backup has been successfully created remove the device from the computer and store for future use.
- Click Finish

The TechGuys Recovery DVD
At some point you may have received a Recovery DVD. This disc can be used to reinstall Windows on your netbook if you have a USB DVD drive or it can be used to create a Recovery memory stick/SD card on another computer.
Using the Recovery DVD to create a Recovery memory stick or SD Card
- Place the Recovery DVD into the DVD drive of your computer
- You need to boot this computer from the Recovery DVD
How this is done will vary from computer to computer and may involve changing the boot sequence in the BIOS setup utility or pressing a certain key on startup (For example F8, F12 or C) to access a One time boot menu. Please note that no information will be lost or changed on this computer
- Once booting from the Recovery DVD your computer will automatically load the recovery program
- Select Launch Recovery Backup from the list of options and click the right arrow
- At this point plug your USB memory stick or SD Card into your computer and click Start. After a short while the wizard will detect any removable media with a minimum capacity of 4GB. You can choose the media you want to use from the pull-down menu and click Next
- You will then be warned that all data on your USB memory stick or SD card will be deleted. If you are happy for this to happen click Next
- The Backup Wizard will now create your USB memory stick or SD card recovery. The process may take sometime depending on the speed of your computer
- Once the process has finished you will be asked to remove your device from the computer and click Finish. At this point it is advisable to keep it in a safe location along with the Recovery DVD
