Overview

The AcerNote 735 is an economical full-featured 486SX SL-Enhanced based notebook that provides flexible configurations and a PCMCIA slot. It is available in both monochrome and color versions.

Upgrade Memory

The 735 has one SIMM socket, which will accept a 4/8 MB SIMM, giving a maximum of 12MB RAM (this model has 4MB built onto the motherboard). 40-Pin DRAM TYPE: 70 ns Fast-page mode.

Cannot Disable Advanced Power Management in CMOS

In the CMOS, you cannot disable the power-saving feature. Rem out POWER.EXE in the config.sys. This will fix the issue.
