Acer Acros / Aspire Model Identification

Pre Feb 1997

Acer Part Numbers are usually on a bar code on the back of the machine, and are in the format XX.XXXXX.XXX.

The part number example below is for an Acros P100 Multimedia desktop using a V12LC main board with 8mb of RAM and an 840mb Hard Disk. It can be broken down as follows -
